I live in Wales with lots and lots of sheep. I am better at writing than I am at drawing and photography (which is not so hard to believe considering some of my work) but I am hoping to improve on my skills in all creative areas, eventually leading to some rather palatable work.

And, evidently, more alliteration than you can shake a stick at. Not to fear: with my teachers finally deciding to cut us some slack on the AS-Level workfront, I've been left with free time, which is something I've not experienced since the summer holidays. However, this time, I'm determined to be a little more productive, and what better way to re-enter the photography 'scene' than to experiment for Halloween? With a bit of luck, it will hopefully help me expand on my horror makeup skills, too, which could always do with a bit of improving!

So Far, Not So Good.

I haven't submitted a heck of a lot of new stuff to DA in a while. Well, between balancing my (virtually non-existent) social life, trying to keep up with the hefty demands that schoolwork places on me, and attempting (often, failing) to make some progress with my novel, posting artistic work on here has slipped, somehow, down my list of priorities, which really annoys the hell out of me. Fear not; after my terrifying GIMP submissions a couple of months back, I am now trying to make Photoshop CS5 work for me, which is sort of going well. I say "sort of"; what I mean in all actuality is that I've had moderate success with a couple of Photoshop

Ahahaha, thank God for that. After a hefty, full, seven days, my iPod Touch is finally back in my sweet possession. At last. Yes, it's only been a week, but it's felt like pure torture not having my iPod with me. The reason why? I broke it. Now, I'm not the most graceful of people, but I really overdid it when I stepped on my iPod and it broke. Oh Christ. Cue me stumbling around the house waking people up at midnight or so, then explaining (rather tearfully) that, in fact, my iPod is knackered.
